There's some odd feeling of nostalgic comfort that I get from watching this. It really reminds me of some of the earlier, more surreal, Looney Toons skits I used to watch on Saturday mornings.

This vid was done with a hacked Xbox Kenect. Sounds like Cocteau Twins mixed with Nu Shooz.
yeah, she is way too fine.
all of their vids on youtube seem sponsored by urban outfitters, todays "lost and found bin at the nearest church" style is stinking up this one less than the rest, and this song is super good. i almost wish i hadnt seen their faces. it always ruins it for me.

The kora is one helluva instrument. I have an aunt who was in the peace corps in the 60's and went to Senegal. There she heard and fell in love with the kora. When she returned to the U.S. she tried for years to find one and someone to be her mentor. It turned out there was some kinda kora guru living in Sante Fe which is where she lived at the time. I visited a few times and have heard her play. I've tried my hand at the thing and it's nearly impossible.
