2 Flow Groove Pads: .4 grams
Axle: ~1 gram (no side effects)

Calculating weight of aluminum:
,098 pounds per cubic inch
or
2.7 grams per cubic centimeter

Oooh! Great technical info! Can you also post the moments of inertia about the principal axes as well as the radii of gyration for these pieces as well? Huh? Huh? :D
