Honestly, it all depends on what the company is looking for in their sponsored players. Some teams are looking for people that can win competitions others look for players that fit specific rolls. Look at the One Drop team. They have people that compete and place high while doing it and they have people that do not compete but go and rep the company either through tutorials or through manning tables at contests. both are valuable assets to the company.
In the end just go out and have fun. If you are in it for the sponsorship then you are throwing for the wrong reasons. Just go out and have fun throwing.
As for your original question, yes you do have skills in your video. You may have a chance of getting sponsored some day, just make sure the people asking are good fit for you.
