CO2 my code2 entry (NOW with Side Effects)
Hi, First I have to say that english is not my native language, so sorry about my possible mistakes. I've been reading the code2 forum since the first week, and I got inspired to try my own idea, since I never worked with CAD programs before it was a struggle sometimes to make it happen.
Anyway, here it goes: I wanted a big (but not gigantic) yoyo, with a wide profile and a large catch zone. A smooth player, slightly rounded, with a good weight distribution. The weight should concentrate in the outside ring and in the center of the yoyo, so I can have at the same time good spin times and stability.
The specifications are: Diameter: 56mm Width: 42mm Weight: 66 g Gap: 4,40 mm Trapeze Width: 41mm Bearing onedrop 10 ball C size
Thanks for your attention, I will appreciate comments and new ideas. Please feedback me.

 Re: CO2 my code2 entry
Thanks everyone for the comments and suggestions. About the side effects: I 'm not familiarized with CAD programs, like I said I'm still strugglin with it, so at first I tried to focus on a perfect balance of weight, and a good final weight. I love my OD 54, since day1 it is the smoothest player I have (even smoother than my OXY4). When I change it from the Alum Spike to the Brass, it still smooth but the increased weight that goes to the center of the yoyo changes the (rim/center) weight relation, and the yoyo is not the same. For example: even if I would love the 54 a little bit heavier, the heavier SE's don't satisfy me. But I really could try SE, but I'll need some help with the CAD drawing. Another thing I would like for this yoyo is a Good Price Level, I want it to be a yoyo with the profile of a TP and a YYR but in a price level around 90s, so I'm not offering any Goodies (and I love them) but I wish It can be at a Good Price level. About the Rim's Sharpness: I'm also still not sure the exact design of the rim edge. This was the last thing I changed before I posted ,It was even sharper before than they are now so I rounded a little bit. But one thing I want for this yoyo is a Lot of catch zone precision. And I felt in my throws collection that the most sharpened ones are more precise. But I definitely want to try different designs of the rim. After I'll do them I'll post, but never loosing the precision issue. Anyway thanks everyone for the comments, and I'll wait more. Special thanks to Vendetta !!! I LOVE your anodization work, I'm a big fan.

 Re: CO2 my code2 entry
well in my opinion you don´t have to change that rims a lot ;] just a bit less sharp (it´s just my opinion). other details like diameter and width is not so different as c3yoyo design halo but with this shape it would be definitely very interesting yoyo! good job man

 Re: CO2 my code2 entry
I've rounded the rims a little bit, so now they are not so sharp. I think I liked the result. I had to add 0,5mm width on each side to get a good weight balance. The new dimensions are: Diam.: 56 mm Width: 43 mm Weight: 66,6 g Gap: 4,4 Trapeze: 40 mm
PS: Laser and Logo just for fun

 Re: CO2 my code2 entry
Finally I decided to put 'side effects' on the CO2* So now the weight can be adjusted to everyone taste. I had to adjust a little bit the shape of the inner cup (near the side effects). The new specifications are: Diam.: 56 mm Width: 43mm (trapeze: 40 mm) Weight: 65,30 grams (with allum. black & silver SE's) 64,6 grams (with ultra light SE) 68,7 grams (with brass dome) (I took the S.E. specifications from yoyostorerewind.com, hope it's correct)
* I'm still not sure about the name, so I would love suggestions. I would love if OD could place a poll about the name and the winner could get this yoyo.
Any comments will be appreciated.

This idea is really simple. Love it. Would name it "simplicity"
