Re: Zammy thread (Daniel Ickler) official
They don't consider yoyos weapons on airplanes, for the record. I've flown several times with a yo on my belt as well as a suitcase full of them as my carry on and never had any troubles.
Anyway, I was thinking about the Y Factor when you were talking about all previous models combined. I think there is enough stuff that has come out since the Y Factor that would make for a great, entirely new, culmination type yoyo. Since the Y Factor came out, we've seen the MMN, 54, CODE1, Dietz, Cafe Racer and soon the Clint and Dang sigs.
Zammy, what kind of punk rock do you like?

Thanks for agreeing with me that there could be the next "Y-factor" type of yoyo or..one that could combine all of the elements for all of the new throws that has come out since then. I thoroughly believe it could happen. After the Y-factor..Onedrop really did change and transformer into something even better.
About punk-rock..I tend to fancy skate-punk. I'm a big beleiver for punk because it usually makes me get moving, energy filled, and just overall positive. Either Skate-punk or Horror Punk.
Many people know that in the past I use to be a heavy goth type of person. With that said I adored bands like the Misfits, Cramps, TSOL..punk rock with a darker edge/attitude to it. Misfits brought out the funside to horror punk while other bands had a different feel. I'm really big into halloween, so every October I'm always blasting horror punk rock.
News for September! if you guys get codeZAMMY to 5000 views I will be releasing codeMOEBIUS. The video will have the similar feel as to codeZAMMY but with myself doing all moeb tricks. I've not done a moeb video since last December due to personal choice of upping my 1a. I have a feeling this video could very well oust codeZAMMY. So! Get to it guys, help me out!

Onedropyoyos Declares: codeMOEBIUS by Zammy.
This is a personal treat to you guys, fellow yoyoers for helping get my codeZAMMY video to 5k views. With that said, this is a direct sequal to that video. I personally believe this is my best work I have ever done editing wise and overall.
Enjoy!
Also: I am making a personal vlog! With that said, I would not mind some questions for it that I can answer in the video.
This day, September 15 1986, happens to be a pretty damn good for for such a person like myself. Today is the day of my 25th birthday and to be honest, I had no idea I would ever even live this long. While to others it may just be another year, to me its a special year. Not because its a quarter of a century, but because my life has been always about struggle and redefinition.
I'm a survivor of some personal demons of the past, and all I can say is that I am happy that I've rid of them, and that I have evolved into the person that I am today. Daniel "Zammy" ickler. A survivor, a hero, a yoyoer, a jolly ol pain in the butt.
Here is some new photography I did recently. The first one is of the birthday "swag" I got this week. Thanks to David of OD, Andre of YYE, Tyler Kamigaki. The second one is of a custom ring I had made at the state fair of Wisconsin, along with a Black custom engraved Code1 thanks to David. The third is me sporting of the new YYE edition Onedrop "1drop" shirt.
Keep it real guys, god bless, much love.

Happy Birthday Zammy, congratulations on more that we'll ever understand. I, for one, am much pleased that you're living strong.

Unfortunately no I am not. I was offered a ride down with David and Shawn, but I could not get around to getting a room anymore and when it comes to traveling as it is..its difficult.
PNWR/Seattle seemed so calming enough though where I'll definitely be able to go there next year. Hey, it is just how it is.
Besides, they really need to move Nationals somewhere else.

^They definitely need to move Nationals to somewhere else. I mentioned this with worlds, but it makes a whole lot more sense with Nationals. We should have Nationals in Kansas City. It's central and KC has a booming yo-yo following.

And this is why I think I should be trick innovator of the year 2011.
New Moebius video filled with fresh ideas. All new! Been taking a backseat on Moeb for awhile due to 1a upping and so I finally came back to it to finish loose ends. This is the result of it. Expect more from me soon as well!
Power-up!

Every trick was just mind blowing! But the last trick was just.....
Isn't the trick innovator award a bit of a popularity contest?

Thanks skater. Means a lot from a fellow Onedrop lover fo sho. I'm not sure where my "power" comes from in yoyoing anymore to be honest. I just do what I have to do. Right now I'm in moebius mode. I'll be doing 1a tutorials.
I think I am going to take a break from yoyoing.
@Babbylonian- Apparently its an award for people that do not innovate. I don't know, I wouldn't know anymore then anyone else.

Zammy you come up with some unusual names like thanatos (which is the greek god of death). So my question is, how do you come up with the name of your tricks? Does it depend what you've been reading/watching or just whatever springs to mind. Do you just choose a name that sounds cool or does it kind of have to fit the trick?

Happy Halloween, from me to you! Seriously, if it is something that most people do not seem to understand, its that I'm really big on Halloween. Its very important to me as a holiday as Easter and Christmas seriously does not fit well with me. But Halloween..oh is it a ghoulish fun day!
This is the facepaint I do in tradition every year for Halloween, what you think?
Yeah, sometimes I scare myself hehe.
