Hey guys, experimenting with slack now these days. The things that really interest me are the tricks like follow, and I guess hitting the slack back and forth like bouncing it off of your hands to change direction. Any help in these areas would be much appreciated.

One of the slacks I use often is the trapeze and bro slack. Follow is not really useful and should be used in moderation. I don't know how to do follow. :29 seconds in this video
